  1. Not necessarily. I like to tinker around with things and see what feels right. Probably not the right way to do things but it works nicely for me! good luck
  2. I've been fit for my whole bag with the exception of my putter. I just got fit the other weekend for new SM9's and I must say wedge fittings are really fun

There wasn't an almost always, so I picked sometimes. I got fit for metals, irons, and wedges, but never fitted for a putter. I'd love to spend more time during wedge fitting to hit more chips, pitches, and bunker shots to nail down the loft, lie, and grind. I wish Scotty's putter fitting was accessible outside of the studio.
  4. After finally getting fit a couple years back, I will always get fit for new clubs, made an immediate positive impact on my game.

    Hi Team Titleist,

It's quick poll time and today we want to hear from you about one of our favorite topics - club fitting. And specifically, we want to know if you always get fit before you add a new club to your setup. Let us know in the quick poll below and add a reply to share more about how you voted.

I have been fitted for my last 2 sets of irons, I did buy 3 wedges off the shelf struggled with them so had fitting for wedges now play them well
  6. I would like to add a new Scotty Cameron putter to my bag. The problem is which one do I purchase? Most outlets have limited stock and nobody seems to want to custom fit this brand of putter. I have read all the spec and narrowed it down to 3 or 4 but where can I trial these putters? It is a lot of money to spend on guess work. Any suggestions please.

I’ve been playing for nearly 50yrs, have been single figure hc for half of that and have been fitted for nearly all my clubs for 30yrs. It’s not all about look and feel, I can get over both if it gives me the best performance. Scoring is about numbers not ego or looks.
