    I recently received a really nice Thank you card & a set of stickers from TT just for signing up to their site. I also received immediate response regarding a shoulder strap replacement for my Titleist bag. I am beyond impressed over the little things Titleist does for their customers & have spread the word to non Titleist users hoping they convert! Keep up a job well done TT!! Thanks

    Can I ask which bag you use? I have a previous years cart bag and the clip for the shoulder strap broke within months of purchasing and was told they couldn't replace it.

    I have a light weight cart bag...probably about 2 years old now. Luckily I found the tag that came with it which had the part number on it which helped them identify & match up the shoulder strap I needed. Hope this helps!!
