I look at it as beggars can't be choosy. I don't think there's a bad position, (well maybe the custodian cleaning the toilets), but from what I've seen and personally experienced dealing with Titleist folks at fittings, trade shows, local country clubs, PGA, LPGA, & Web tourneys, and the Team Titleist folks on this site, they are all professional, engaging, knowledgeable and great to deal with, like it's a privilege to work for Titleist Companies. But for one, I think I'd join Frank P in the Tour Trailer going from site to site, and helping the Staff pros get their equipment dialed in. Second would be sales or TT staff just dealing with people.
  3. I'd do either SC shop or Manchester Lane/R&D

I'd want to work (play?) in putter R & D. Imagine how strong my putting could be if I "worked " at it daily...

The tour truck for the Champions Tour. Great job
  6. Research and Development. To have the opportunity to know what is in the pipeline next as well as two, or three, iterations beyond would be a dream job. Drivers, balls, woods, irons, experimental ideas related to materials, etc., that would make coming to work every day exciting. Watching pros and amateurs using and critiquing developmental products while working to bring the best ideas to market all with an eye toward growing our sport would never be dull.

Easy! On the tour trailer, dream job.
  8. The Titleist drivers and fairway woods -played them years ago but had very little success -with the new technology I'm wanting to test them
  9. Definitely the tour van. Traveling to great venues, being able to work with the wonderful Titleist Ambassadors and ‘tinker’ with their Titleist clubs would be a wonderful experience.
  10. So many to choose from! Player promotion and/or sales/marketing.
  11. I would definitely work in the Scotty department, help making putters and using creative colors would be fun and interesting!

I would love to work in marketing and promotions. Letting golfers get their hands on new equipment and gear, having demo days, etc. I think, one of the keys to quality Titleist products is feedback from golfers of all abilities! That would be an ideal job!

Definitely Scotty’s Studio. He is the man. A lot of creativity and personalization goes into every work of art. Here’s my front license plate:

Working on clubs or balls would be fun but I don't feel qualified there. I would love to work in player development, digital marketing, TPI. Find the next JT and Jordan. Find ways to grow game (I really want the next ChiChi, Lee, Tiger). M&A, continue to grow the kingdom.

I’d love to be a regional fitter. I think the opportunity to meet new people and fit them for quality clubs would be perfect for me. But working at the Cameron gallery would be a dream too. Sharing my passion for putting and putters is something I wouldn’t consider work! Great topic by the way!
  19. Definitely marketing and sales. Be awesome to promote and represent Titleist

I'd like to be involved in trying various materials in clubheads. I'd get to use my metallurgical engineering degree.
