Tried them both on course today. On several holes I hit both the 2024 and the 2025 model of both ProV1 and ProV1x. On many shots it was hard to tell the difference between 2024 and 2025 model but after the round when I checked the numbers, both 2025 models carried a little farther and the new ProV1x stops/spins back a little more and is noticeable, as others also wrote, a little less “clickier”.

  2. Super excited to receive my first ever white box in the post this morning. Can't wait to get out on the course this weekend to try them out.

Received the magical white box this week. Looking forward to the weekend where I'll throw them into play over the next 3-4 rounds. On first look and feel just from the indoor putts taken, it seems to the Prototype Red (ProV1x) seems to feel softer than previous version. The ProV1 didn't have a noticeable difference to me on carpet. I'll be on the course soon and will have more information at that time.

    Here's to a great 2025.

  6. I’d love to see more stopping power. I played prov1x for so long until this year. I just couldn’t hold a green. Everything about the ball was perfect until it came to sticking an approach for me. I had to switch to srxn zxv and saw a significant improvement. But it pains me not seeing that logo on the ball.

Both balls play similar to the 2023 versions. With that being said, my 4 iron is my 195 club. Today I flew the green at 207 yards with the 2025 Pro V1. To me, it feels a tad softer off the face of my irons. Similar flight, a few more yards, and very close to the 2023 version off the tee.
  8. no idea yet but keen to see what they will be like.. i was prov1x then moved to prov1 will see how this works

I receive a white box with both Pro V1 and ax models . One sleeve of each. Can say without a doubt they are more durable and knocked significant spin off the driver. Same great feel around the greens.

for us living in the Midwest....its hard to get a true test of a golf ball when its 42 degrees at tee off and 73 when we finish......I would LOVE to test a ball at 82 tee off and 95 at finish in the heart of summer and humidity here in St Louis....home of the 11 time World Champions St Louis Cardinals!!!!!

No white box for me yet. But usually get one, so I'm hoping. Plus someone has to represent the ProV1, since most of you use V1x. :)

I am currently playing the 23' Pro V1x and am super excited to see what the new 25' ball will bring. I played 18 holes yesterday and shot my first round of 2 under of playing golf yesterday with the Pro V1x. It was a great experience!

I always look forward to test out the new balls. Problem is that this time of the year may not be a good time to test due to temps, leaves falling etc.
