I heard many women mentioning that they thought "Titleist was more for men". Events like that one, where 50 women attended, helps to change that perspective and spread the word that Titleist is for all golfers, of any gender and age groups.

To answer your question on how ladies choose their clubs configurations, I believe most beginners just pick the random brand beginners sets at sporting good stores. If they would be guided correctly, they should borrow clubs to make sure they like the game, then look to be fitted by professional fitters that can change shaft/head configurations to find what gives the best results.

Locally, the Haggin Oaks Superstore has the best club-fitting facility and staff in Northern CA and offer Titlelist-specific fitting appointments from time to time.

My bag is now completely Titleist clubs and fitted to me by Titleist fitters. The first Titleist clubs in my bag were wedges a few years ago, I had other brands for the rest until i switched to Titleist Driver and woods in 2020, then irons early 2022 and hybrid and one more wood later in the year. I recently got fitted for the TSR1 Driver and love it!

Many of the up and coming junior girls play Titleist clubs, not just the golf balls. So this “issue” will change soon. Having Nelly and Jessica Korda and Danielle Kang represent Titleist helps too.
