    Just last weekend picked up my new Scotty Cameron Super Select Newport 2 +

    It's been a long time since I last had a Scotty in the bag, a Studio 2.5 (2002 I Think) so decided to treat myself. I went for the Newport 2 + as the slightly wider profile fit my eye and with 2 rounds over the weekend I absolutely love the putter already.

    Nice choice Declan.
    I'm drawn to small slant-neck putters - have had a Flowback 5.5 in the bag for several years and can't see it coming out of the bag any time soon.... Unless I suddenly become a super fit for a Del Mar...
    As we all suspect, it's a confidence thing....

    I tried the Newport 2.5 also Jt...as I too liked the slant neck. Lovely putters they all are with superb feel

    it's a cracking putter, I have this and also a Concept X, the slightly larger and heavier heads suit my game too. Good luck with your new putter

    The 2+ just looked very similar in looks to my Odyssey which I loved too ( #1 Versa Wide) . I didn't need a Scotty but always wanted another. Mallets were too big for my eye and Newports just a wee bit skinny......so this 2+ is perfect for me.......Thanks a mill

    Just bought a Newport+ and it looks superb, going to put a matador grip on it then I'm ready to go
