Dale, what is your take on this request. You be da man.

We-Ko-Pa, Troon North, Quintero, Grayhawk, are some of the top public access. October is overseed month and then the winter rates go up for the busy winter season.

    My must plays are:

    The Boulders (both)
    WeKoPa (both)
    Quintero
  5. Abdon M

    Abdon M
Northern California (because it's a big state)

You'll have many selections and I would recommend Troon North and We-Ko-Pa. There's two courses at each place, so you could easily make it a day and play 36.

I'm interested as well to responses.

Company trip to Scottsdale in November, already playing TPC Stadium course. For another round, would you recommend the TPC Champions course or one of the courses at Grayhawk?

Champions is a very good course but Grayhawk or Troon North will give you that ultimate desert mountain look you can’t get anywhere else.

Like this? Troon North Monument from last year.

  9. troon North, Quintero, we-ko-pa, Sunridge canyon.
  10. A course that hasn’t been mentioned that I enjoy quite a bit every time I go down (4x/ year) is Ambiente at Camelback. Love the layout.

Don't forget to look back at the thread for the TTI at TPC Scottsdale last December. Lots of suggestions/recommendations int hat for those arriving early or staying afterwards for additional golf

Just back from Scottsdale, had a great time and thanks to all for the recommendations.

Ended up playing TPC Stadium and Champions courses as well as Grayhawk Raptor. For me, I found the Champions course more difficult than the Stadium course - tighter off the tee and much more desert to be found.

Raptor was a great course and all three were in great condition. Far different golf than what I'm used to on the east coast but would definitely return!
