  1. I've seen a few threads on what clubs everyone has, Drivers, hybrids etc but what else do you keen IN your bag?

Towel? Tees, how many balls, lucky charms, caps? Anything super random?

    etc etc

One random item I always keep is... a toilet roll, because you know..... you never know when.

My towel is either a No Laying Up or Titleist. Ball marker is a Team Titleist, Pitch Tool is a Scotty Cameron, valuables bag and bag for tees are Titleist, Scorecard holder is a Bushwood Country Club (Caddy Shack) and the bag tag is a Team Titleist. Rubber Team Titleist bagtag and brass Team Titleist Ambassador bag tags are at home.

This sounds exactly like my bag. Except for a scorecard holder which I don't use. All 3 of my towels are Titleist, random tees (they aren't that important to me), pitch tool is Scotty as well, bag for all of my ball markers, which are Team Titleist as well. I've also got a bluetooth radio, SkyCaddie, water bottles, & rain pants. Yep ... my bag is heavy, hence why I ride in a cart ;)
  4. Hi John,

How did you get a Team Titleist ball marker? I see a lot of Team Titleist gear and Ive always wanted some.

    Thanks,

Lucky charm is the 1972 US Open, Pebble Beach pitch tool I inherited from my Dad. I always have the same brand and model ball-currently Titleist ProV1x left dash. Ball marker is a Team Titleist, pitchmark tool is a Scotty Cameron. Valuables bag and small bag for tees etc are Titleist. Towel is either a No Laying Up or Titleist.

Great question! I usually carry 2 sleeves of new balls and whatever old ones I've rotated out. Probably about 10 total balls. Got to have multiple towels especially in the summer here in the south when it's so humid. Random items include a pocket knife, bottle opener, sunscreen, chapstick and all the $1s and $5s I collect go into my bag for tipping or settling a bet.

I traveled to the UK last year and put an Apple AirTag in the bag to track it. I decided to keep it in the bag even here in the states should someone decide they'd prefer my clubs to theirs.

I also keep some peanuts and protein bars for that mid-round snack!

Excellent idea with the Apple tag!

That’s an excellent idea to airtag when traveling!!

I usually walk and carry so I like to keep things on the lighter side. I'll always have my Tango divot repair tool which has a small magnetic flat ball marker on it. I'll have a larger marker with me and I'll rotate it with different ones from courses I've visited; lately, I've put in play the one I purchased at Streamsong Golf Resort during the 2022 Team Titleist Invitational (brings back fun memories every time I put it behind my ball).

One thing, you mentioned a toilet roll, may I suggest that they sell camping specific toilet paper which might be easier to store compared to your traditional toilet roll...just a suggestion and you do you.

I do too and a few weeks ago I heard a strange sound and when I checked the driver saw the screw was loose. Glad I had the wrench.

It has happened to me with my hybrid, and luckily one of the guys in my group had one. One other time with my driver, I wasn’t so lucky.
I carry every now and then, but most the times I just check each month or so- either way is good, but I understand that it made me feel secure when I had it with.

Other than clubs I carry the standard stuff. Tees, usually about a dozen Pro V1X's, a towel, the rain cover for my bag, ball markers, a couple divot repair tools, the tool to adjust my Titleist woods, and sometimes an umbrella. Always have 2 towels hanging from the bag. One for my hands and one to clean clubs. Some courses I walk so I try not to make it too heavy.

There have been a few posts on this too. BTW, I will definately be taking "stroke and distance" unplayable if near a tree at your home course. Cheers.

haha i've only ever used it to blow my nose and I've used it in the toilets around the course when they usually only supply the sandpaper feeling toilet paper.

I keep way too much stuff in my bag. Extra gloves, yardage book, tour aim, probably 3 ball mark repair tools, and if I have under 7 ball markers I'd be surprised. I keep 2 full sleeves of balls............because I can either make it around with 3 or 9, no middle ground.
  19. Im convinced i put more stuff in there to justify buying a bigger bag lol
  20. Protien bars, hand warmer, speaker, diaper and wipes if the kiddo is with.

I have like 5 towels, even though I only use 1 of them!! Aside from that it's just normal stuff, like 50 or so tees of varying sizes, about 20 or so balls, a packable rain jacket, sunscreen, bug spray, and a 12 penny nail the ground here and stay a little hard and frozen so need to make a hole for your tee sometimes.
  22. I do the same thing with the towels! I have 3 on my bad, but I only use one.

Well I won't touch the toilet roll but I keep pretty much the usual: Range Finder, GPS, lip balm, sunglasses, favorite Western Birch tees, various foreign coins for ball markers, koozies, cigar snip/lighter, bluegrass fairway scorecard holder (which gets virtually no use), a dozen pre-marked balls, 2 towels (one clipped to the bag and one used to protect grips when the dew is out, etc. Nothing super random/unique rather stuff I may or may not need.

I drive a cart almost exclusively so I'm not afraid of weight.

Yes, I have a travel toilet paper roll in my bag, too (it comes in very handy). And a travel size bottle of hand sanitizer, as well. Also, the basics for Midwestern summer golfing: sunscreen, bug spray and at least 2 tubes of chapstick. A clip-on zipper bag that holds a variety of tees and extra ball markers, a bottle of Aleve/Tylenol and a couple of towels clipped on the bag ring. Cart mittens and winter gloves in fall/winter. More than a few balls because I will lose all of them if I don't have more than I think I'll need. And a couple of can koozies for those sweating cans of beer on a hot summer day.

My one random item in my bag would be a golfer's good luck/angel coin given to me by my sister.

I have the usual assortment of tees/balls/divot tools, but I mark my ball with a 1914 silver quarter. My grandfather was born in 1914 and he introduced me to the game. I also have a waterproof box with 4 extra spikes, black and white shoe laces, black and white socks and a extra battery for my range finder.

Never thought of the rubber range tee...good idea. In my part of the country, it never gets that cold that you can't stick a tee in the ground.

Always keep a multi-tool and some sort of FJ vest or jacket!
  29. Aside from clubs... rangefinder, tees, 6 balls, divot tool and ball marker, 2 black terry cloth towels hung by carabiner, groove cleaning tool, torque wrench, FJ rain gloves, umbrella (depends on weather forecast), water bottle and daily snacks.

I usually walk and I carry a Player 4+ bag.

You're the second golfer I know to carry toilet roll in their bag lol. I always carry a plastic rain poncho in my bag. I saw it in a store and thought it was a good idea. The funny thing is that I have been caught in heavy down pour and never use it, because I forget it's there lol.

TP roll is not something I thought of, but interesting nonetheless.

Pretty standard stuff in my case. I have usually two towels, a few ball markers, divot tool, usually a few bucks for tipping the cart guys, tees, SureFit wrench, Titleist folding alignment sticks, few sleeves of Pro V1x left dash, and a partridge in a pear tree.

Well, being that I drive my own golf cart from home to the course ( 7 minutes ), my Cart 15 bag is a locker room on wheels. If you can think of it, it's in there or in my cart.
