what's up TT members! As we have seen there has been a spike on the PGA tour of players working out to improve their game.
I'm curious to see what are some workouts y'all do at home or the gym to help improve your golf game? Do you incorporate free weights, machines or just stick to body weight for you work outs. Do you include cardio sessions?
Also if you do workout I'm curious to know what your theory is on how your workout regiment translates to your golf game.
