Wow. Thanks Deno for pointing to the link. I swear the first guy hitting balls is Ben Hogan. It looks like he is smoking a cigarette. I did some research and the winner of the 1950 Masters was Jimmy Demaret who walked away with $2,400. Hogan, Snead and Nelson were in that tournament. Anyway, a lot of good swing!! Thanks again.

One can only wish they could recognize all of the players. I was able to recognize Mr. Hogan, Nelson, Demaret, Boros and Toski., buit that's about it. It's interesting to see how many of them smoked and dressed aiike.

I watched and was taken back to the time when I started playing.

The grace of the old swing is still a pleasure to watch. The new swing has allowed me to still play pretty well. If I tried to go back to the old swing, I can only imagine how bad it would be.

Great find, Deno. Absolutely love that video. You can feel and sense what it was like back then. They're all gone. Life is short. Carpe Diem.

Great video... Everyone of them owns their own swing. No two a like, yet they are all at the masters. Lessons to be learned from this.

Thanks for sharing. Smooth swings and sweet fashions. Not sure I could hit a driver that small as I can sometimes mishit a 460cc one!!

Having seen most of these players up close at the Tournaments as a teenager , the younger guys who have only heard the names or saw pictures of the great players will enjoy it. It brings back a lot of memories of the simplicity of the game. Caddies didn't read putts and no books in the back pockets of the Pros. Just golf as it was meant to be played.
