Ever since my studies in Psychology in College (B.A./ U of Mich '84), I've been fascinated with Astrology and what role it plays in our lives.

I've also been fan of the Major Tournaments and Golf Stats. Numbers never lie.

I took these passions, and researched the astrological sign of every major winner in the history of the game.

I broke it down like this:

# of Majors Wins by Astrological Sign and the # of Players who won majors in that sign. For instance, In the Sign of Aquarius, 57 Majors were won by a total of 18 players.

My findings are below.

These stats probably don't mean much to most of you, but in my research, I got caught up in the history of golf and the great people and champions who make up our great game.

What I was especially fascinated with, were the old golfers most of us have never heard of, their photos, stories, backgrounds, the equipment they used and the clothes they wore.

I found myself going back in time and visiting all these great players through the power of the internet. It was a wonderful journey.
