I don't have an answer for you on that, but just wanted to make a comment.  I have carried my clubs my entire golfing life (20 plus years), but recently bought a push cart at the recommendation of a friend (and chiropractor), and the difference is just amazing.  I feel like I have a caddy, I have tons more energy throughout the round and I feel great after the round as well.  I bought a Clicgear cart - an amazing piece of gear, www.clicgearusa.com - give it some thought - carrying your clubs is bad for you in the long run.

I swear by my clicgear cart.  My home course is a walking course in the Caribbean and between the heat and humidity you can just about forget about carrying.  As an added bonus, you can carry all the water, snacks, balls you want without having to lug the extra weight on your shoulders/back.  I'll never "carry" my bag again.

I found that the slot where one strap goes through the other didn't suit me and the left shoulder strap exited the slot at a pretty awkward angle.  So I disconnected the left shoulder strap and ran it outside of the slot of the right shoulder strap so it could find a natural home.  The bag fits fine now and I wouldn't change it back.

Honestly, the system that Titleist uses now with the 2 straps coming to a single 'x - patch' on the back is probably the best setup.  I'm waiting for my current bag to wear out a bit before I look at another bag.  Although I would love a retro-fit kit!
