Genuine Authentic Titleist product

    Dear Team Titleist,

    How are you?

    My name is Alvin Ng and I'm writing from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I recently purchased a Titleist 910F 15 Fairway wood from a friend of my and for formality purposes I just would like tomake sure that it's a Genuine Authentic Titleist product.

    The Serial number on the clubhead say 1800900, and the SureFit Hosel also have the identical number that say 1800900. Could you please help to check if it is a Genuine Authentic product?

    Thanks for your message. Unfortunately these days, a lot of counterfeit product also comes with serial numbers (the counterfeiters are getting cleverer and cleverer), and as such, even if we can track it, it might still be hard for us to confirm the authenticity of the product with a serial number alone. As such, what I would suggest you do is bring it down to one of our experts at an upcoming demo day. If you perhaps let me know which demo day you plan to attend, I will let the relevant people know to expect you.
