The big difference is the view at address from the top. The Golo 5 is more angular (I really like this) vs the Future 5MB is more round. The feel is similar and the weight is similar...some people prefer certain "looks" at address...this is the only thing you need to determine.

Ive had the GOLO 5 for 3 years now, and love it (although I would like to add weight to it soon ) It is a center shafted model and works great for a Claw style 'back and through' swing. Also, me being lazy at times, it fits inside the cup to 'scoop' the ball out afterward. The new future models do not seem to have the feel that I wanted, so go to a shop and test before you buy.... you may be surprised at your choice ( hint- go for feel over looks every time !!!)

I prefer the GOLO 5 but the more squarer model, but now got the futura 7m which I find helps line up better

I have the 5MB after putting with multiple Newport models for a lot of years. 5MB lines up great and looks very clean without any of the lines. In the end, it will be all about the look. It's a nice heavier putter than the blades. Have not putted with the GoLo5. Good luck
