Carry strap cart bag

  1. I have a 2016 deluxe cart bag and the top snap on the carry strap has sprung open/keeps fallen off. Looks to have pulled apart from carrying to and from clubhouse. Local golf shop has called Titleist about ordering a new one having no luck. Went and looked at the 2018 bags was disappointed to find the same snap. Any thoughts?

    Same exact thing happened to my 2016 deluxe cart bag. Contacted the store where i bought it and they told me there was nothing they can do because its over a year old and they probably don't make that strap anymore anyway. Seems like a design flaw to me. I also had the buttons on the rain hood rip off the material, rendering it useless. Was not too happy with this bag. One of the few Titleist products i have been disappointed in.

    Hello Robert N. I had a problem with my carry strap on my 2015 cart bag. I had registered my bag with Titleist as soon as I bought it. I called Titleist and the rep could not have been more helpful. I had a new strap within a week. I register all my Titleist products. I Can't think of any company that stands behind their products better than Titleist. They are simply the best. I hope this helps. Best of luck with your strap.

    Yes, same problem that I am having with my 2017 bag. It’s like the clip is too small and separates from the hook. I spoke with the shop where I bought the bag and they couldn’t do anything.
  5. Big Thanks to Donna in Titleist customer service. Called she had a new strap sent to me in 3 days. Thats customer service!
