Thank you for your service! This question has come up multiple times on these threads. Short answer is no. Titleist supports programs like Folds of Honor but does not implement any discount programs for any groups. It becomes very difficult to draw the line between which ones to support and which ones to pass so it has always been their policy to set prices and keep them consistent. A local pro shop might be willing to forfeit part or all of their profit margin to give you a deal. Check with them.
