  1. Hi, I just got my brand new GT3 driver and took it to the range. I was hitting it with plastic tee on the grass but it seems like there are paint chips on the bottom of my club. I was wondering if this is normal or should I claim for warranty?

If you feel it is an issue just follow the directions below regarding 'warranty information'. Sometimes there are sand granules on the ranges, even with grass that can chip the bottom of drivers. Even with a tee your driver can still make contact with the ground.

Seeing the smeared paint on the number 3 leads me to believe you may have a fake. Did you get it from an actual Titleist dealer or certified shop? If not, you might quickly return it from wherever you got it. Otherwise, the bottom of every club gets scratch and messed up the most. Just part of normal wear if you play a lot.
  4. I got it from Golf Town during the titleist fitting day and I got it fitted by a Official Titleist fitter. So I was a bit sad when I got it with a messy paint fill.
  5. But this is the first time I used it on the range (brand new driver), did not have any sand granules or rocks around it. I can see some lines of the tee scratches that goes from the metal head to the chipped part so im positive it is the tee. Also I got it new with the paint fill messy.

Take it back to the Titleist Account (GolfTown) with your receipt, per the above warranty information.
