Lie and loft

    I new to titleist metal woods and was fitted for a TSI2 it’s a 16.5 degree 3 wood and was fitted in the D2 setting

    Assuming you are RH, the effective loft decreases to 15.75 and the lie is 1.5 degrees upright from stock. The face from the loft adjustment will be slightly more hope. The increase in lie may promote less fade/more draw.

    If LH the lie is also 1.5 degrees upright but the loft will be increased to 18 degrees.

    Good info Don. I thought Patrick Reed was the only "lie" expert in golf. :)
