Usually the team starts releasing teasers 2-3 months ahead of the registration date with a "Stay Tuned" for details. Just keep active on the forum and I am sure you will see the traffic. What I will say is get the ducks in a row well ahead of time. Once the registration is live, they spots sell quickly and after the tremendous success of the "1st Annual " - the word will spread to be certain!

If like this year, they post the info in advance and open the registration on a set date with a set time. Registration is on a first come basis with a short waiting list added once the openings are filled. Based on this year - one may need to be on-line with fingers ready when the registration opens as it fills up really really quick ! A great event and in high demand...
