Wow - The Open is celebrating its' 150th year anniversary this week. It looks like the weather will not be much of a factor this year so the players will be able to execute a variety of shots and the fans will be able to comfortably wander the grounds to watch some great golf. I always look forward to The Open as much as I do the Masters. So much history and such a great venue of courses. This year at St. Andrews will be something special ! Is it possible that Justin Thomas will peak this weekend ???

Rory has many streaks when putts don't drop, Cameron Young so close- in the end always have to respect (and admire) the winner's success

    Lethbridge,

I was pulling for Rory but, Cam Smith was a good second choice. Wish Rory would have kept his attacking style it seemed that he was playing not to lose instead of playing to win.
  7. A 1-2 finish for NEW Titleist TSR drivers at The Open. Both Cameron Smith and Cameron Young trusted TSR3 driver models for the season’s last Major.

And it was a Grand Slam of sorts for the #1 Ball and Wedge in golf, with all 4 Major winners gaming Titleist balls and Vokey wedges. 3 for 4 for Titleist drivers and Cameron putters too!

I too was rooting for Rory. He appears to have such great character and after an 8 year hiatus and the way he was trending, it seemed he was going to pull it off. It was still a great tournament and there is no shame in playing well but being outplayed. Cam Smith just caught on fire and there was no stopping him !
