Iron delivery times and delays

  1. Hey,

I placed on order on February 8 after getting a fitting and after speaking to my fitter I made sure that everything we ordered was in stock. I was quoted as having a 4-5 week delivery but still have no news or updates from Titleist.

Anyone have any idea what's going on or what lead time I should now be expecting? The season is now only a couple of weeks away and my old set is down to 6-pw, so I'm missing a big chunk of long irons.

    Thanks!

I ordered mine in Sep 2021. Got the Metals and putter by end of Dec but still no sign of the irons (T300's) or Wedges (SM8). Last query to the Proshop (Mar 2022) indicated that they had just received clubs ordered in Aug 2021. Hopefully they get these supply chain issues sorted SOON.

Michael - So glad to hear you got your clubs in the bag. Now you are set for the season ! Enjoy :)
  5. I ordered my T100 irons with a Project X 6.5 shaft in late November but apparently won't have them until May because of the supply chain issues. I got my woods, wedges, and putter really early on though.

I heard KBS shafts are waaayyy delayed for most companies.

I ordered an SM9 54 10S wedge through proshop but am going to switch the KBS shaft in my current one as it costs less than upgrade and delay.

I am truly hoping that Titleist gets their system back in order some time soon. It is one thing to have the best products out there, but if they cannot deliver the product to those of us who are dedicated enough to fill our bags with their products, then their spot as the #1 manufacturer will be overtaken. Like many who are waiting, I placed an order for two vokey wedges back in January and am still waiting. Nothing truly special - using their standard wedge shaft 1/2 inch longer than standard, 1 degree up, and grip in box instead of installed. I really do not understand the need for such a delay !

I should have waited one more day before making my post on Saturday... I was at the club today working on my putting and was fortunate to find out that my new SM9's had arrived ! Yay !!!! I put my new grips on as soon as I got home and now I look forward to going out Monday to see how the new wedges perform :) I am slowly running out of excuses and may have to begin admitting the issues with my game could be me.... Naw - that couldn't be - could it ?
